Evercraft Fabric Terms of Service
Last updated: September 29, 2026
Evercraft Fabric is operated by Evercraft LLC. It provides public Evercraft capability discovery and permissioned connections into the Evercraft/Systemia ecosystem.
Fabric is a connection and routing layer
Installing or connecting Evercraft Fabric does not by itself grant private-data access, payment authority, production authority, publication authority, device control, or permission to contact third parties.
Public discovery identifies relevant capabilities and current readiness. Mission planning returns candidate stages. Candidate stages are not automatically admitted or executed.
Authorization
Private context and state-changing tools require the applicable Fabric scope and Systemia authorization. Users and authorized hosts are responsible for providing only information and permissions they are entitled to provide.
Evercraft may deny, limit, or revoke access when necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or system integrity.
Action intents
Fabric may prepare an action intent for later Systemia review. An action intent is not execution. Consequential actions remain subject to the applicable admission, confirmation, and execution gates.
Commerce
The public OpenAI plugin does not sell digital products or services, initiate checkout, or create a payment obligation. Any separate Evercraft commercial relationship occurs outside the public plugin and is governed by the applicable product terms.
Accuracy and availability
Evercraft works to keep capability, availability, provenance, and routing information current and evidence-backed. External systems, providers, and source data can change. Where current state matters, the live authoritative source controls.
Acceptable use
Do not use Evercraft Fabric to:
- bypass authentication or access controls;
- access data without authorization;
- attack, disrupt, or exploit systems;
- impersonate others or submit deceptive provenance;
- create unauthorized payments, communications, publications, or device actions;
- violate applicable law or third-party rights.
External services
Some Evercraft capabilities rely on third-party infrastructure, APIs, registries, or data sources. Their terms may also apply when a user explicitly chooses to continue into those services.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Fabric evolves. Material changes should remain reflected in public documentation and release records.
Support
Use the support URL listed for Evercraft Fabric in the OpenAI Plugin Directory. Do not include passwords, authentication tokens, payment-card details, or other secrets in public support requests.
