Evercraft Fabric Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026
Evercraft Fabric is operated by Evercraft LLC. It provides a permissioned connection between supported AI hosts and the Evercraft/Systemia ecosystem.
Information processed
Evercraft Fabric processes the information a user or authorized host provides when calling its tools. Depending on the tool, this can include:
- a plain-language problem, goal, or workflow request;
- capability and mission-planning inputs;
- project or workspace context explicitly authorized for retrieval;
- host events or observations explicitly submitted to Fabric;
- technical metadata needed for security, abuse prevention, reliability, attribution, and audit receipts.
Public capability discovery is designed to use the minimum information needed to identify relevant Evercraft capabilities.
Information not required for public discovery
Public discovery does not require passwords, payment-card numbers, private browser cookies, private device secrets, or unrelated sensitive personal information. Users should not include secrets or credentials in discovery prompts.
Authorized private context
Private Context Fabric retrieval is available only when an authorized host has both the required Fabric scope and the matching Systemia/Passport permission. Connection or installation alone does not grant access to private context.
Unauthorized records are filtered before retrieval. Fabric is designed not to expose the names, snippets, counts, credentials, or internal topology of unauthorized private records.
Host events and action intents
Host events submitted to Fabric are treated as evidence, not instructions. They may be stored with provenance, trust state, and source references.
Action-intent preparation records a requested action for later Systemia admission and policy review. Preparing an intent does not itself execute the action, create a payment obligation, publish content, or authorize an external side effect.
Service providers and sharing
Evercraft may use infrastructure, security, hosting, logging, and other service providers as necessary to operate Fabric. Data is shared only as needed to provide, secure, or maintain the service, or when required by law.
Evercraft Fabric does not use the plugin as an advertising-data-sale product.
Retention
Operational and audit records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve security and provenance, investigate abuse, satisfy legal obligations, and maintain receipt-backed system integrity. Data that is no longer needed for those purposes may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated.
Retention for connected Evercraft products can differ when a user explicitly continues into those products.
User controls
Users can choose what information to provide, decline private-context authorization, and avoid submitting sensitive information that is not needed for the requested task. Connected-host credentials and permissions can be revoked through the applicable Evercraft authorization surface.
For privacy questions or requests, use the support URL listed for Evercraft Fabric in the OpenAI Plugin Directory. Do not post passwords, tokens, payment-card data, or other secrets in a public support ticket.
Scope
This policy describes Evercraft Fabric. Separate Evercraft products may have additional privacy terms when a user explicitly chooses to use them.
